How It Works
The Electrochemical Membrane Test Cell (EMTC) is designed for professional research in ion transport and electrochemical separation. Made from high-quality acrylic, the test cell allows users to place an ion exchange membrane (AEM, CEM, or other ion-selective membranes) in the middle of the chamber.
Electrode plates can be installed on both sides of the membrane, enabling ions to migrate under an applied electrical field. The cell can also be connected to external pumps, ensuring continuous circulation in each chamber and simulating real operating environments.

Fully Customizable
This acrylic Electrochemical Membrane Test Cell is fully customizable, making it suitable for a wide range of research and industrial applications. Clients can adapt the design based on their specific requirements:
Chamber size and acrylic wall thickness.
Membrane type: AEM, CEM, or ion-selective membranes.
Electrode materials: stainless steel, titanium, MMO, or specialty conductive plates.
Inlets/outlets for circulation pumps in each chamber.
Optional sensors (pH, conductivity, temperature) for real-time monitoring.

With this flexibility, the test cell serves as a versatile tool for electrochemical testing, electrodialysis research, and the evaluation of advanced membrane performance.
